    The AWS Support team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and that have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. You will be surrounded by people that are wickedly smart, passionate about cloud computing, and believe that world class support is critical to customer success. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you: - Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
    - Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
    - Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
    - Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams Cloud Support Engineer (CSE) 는 AWS 서비스를 사용하는 고객을 대상으로 장애에 대한 troubleshooting 및 general guidance 등의 기술지원을 수행합니다. CSA는 소속된 Profile에 따라 다수의 AWS 서비스를 지원합니다. - AWS의 최첨단 기술 습득 및 활용

    - 고객을 위한 AWS 서비스 개선사항에 대해 사내 AWS 팀에 피드백 제공
    - 지원 관련 프로세스 및 고객의 기술지원 경험을 개선하는 프로젝트 추진
    - AWS의 고객 커뮤니티에 Tutorial 및 기술 관련 기사 투고

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience in software development, or experience in technical support
    - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
