Job Description:
As a Capital Markets and Structured Finance Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in advising and representing our top-tier clients in capital markets and structured finance matters, ensuring all transactions and proceedings are executed with utmost precision and in compliance with regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a range of capital markets and structured finance transactions.
• Work closely with clients to facilitate, negotiate, and close complex transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive transactions to completion.
• Stay abreast of developments in the field to proactively address clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Capital Markets and Structured Finance.
• Extensive experience in managing complex financial transactions.
• An in-depth understanding of national and international regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
