- Negotiating the largest and most complex deals with our market leading M&A/Corporate practice
- Developing new transaction structures and approaches with our corporate, capital markets and investment funds colleagues
- Structuring real estate acquisitions and disposals with our top ranked real estate group
- Guiding our clients through tax disputes and investigations with our unrivalled litigation practice
- Providing stand-alone tax advice to Ireland's leading publicly traded and privately held large corporate groups on sensitive tax matters and long-term strategy
- You will assist in the development of our responses to tax policy initiatives of OECD, EU, Department of Finance and Revenue Commissioners;
- Contribute to the firm's position on technical points;
- Undertake high-level client work across corporate, M&A, securitisation, finance, real estate and disputes.
- Newly qualified to two years relevant post qualification experience (Legal or Accountancy (ACA / ACCA/CTA)
- Strong technical knowledge
- Advisory and Client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication / presentation / project management / time management skills
- Positive attitude, with an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
