    Description

    Job Description;

    Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based in North Dublin.

    My Client requires a Transport Administrator to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Liaising with drivers throughout the shift and obtain updates and progress of delivery time scales, relaying feedback to relevant departments.
    • Data entry and network checkpoint policies compliance, compliance with GSOP standards.
    • Record and report any outstanding VAT issues.
    • General administration duties.
    • Ad hoc duties as required

    Key Requirements;

    • Min 2-3 years' experience in a similar administration role.
    • Transport knowledge would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given where needed
    • Good customer interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role
    • Experience of using various Web systems & Microsoft Office Packages
    • Manual handling is an advantage but training can be provided

    Hours;

    • Monday to Friday
    • Shift: 12:30 – 21:00 pm

    Pay;

    • €15.92 per hour
