    Senior Finance Manager

    Muy client are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager for a role based in South Dublin, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial functions of our large-scale International Finance team. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of process improvement initiatives, lead the finance team, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive cross-functional performance enhancements. This role requires a qualified accountant with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a multinational environment, strong team management skills, and a proven track record in process improvement within a dynamic industry.

    • Process Improvement Leadership:
    • Take end-to-end ownership of process improvement activities for the International Finance team.
    • Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying challenges, and delivering projects to address them.
    • Identify and implement ways to enhance and automate existing processes.
    • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring effective recruitment, goal setting, and performance management.
    • Identify training and development needs for the Accounting Team to foster continuous improvement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive performance improvements.
    • Create strong business partnerships and manage service levels with senior internal stakeholders and external service providers.
    • Financial Controls and Compliance:
    • Ensure consistent application of accounting and financial controls throughout the group.
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    • Project Management:
    • Utilize excellent project management skills to initiate and drive projects to completion.
    • Design plans and execute them efficiently, demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a multinational environment.
    • Demonstrated team management experience.
    • Relevant industry PQE with a large, fast-growing, multi-national company.
    • Process Improvement Skills:
    • Previous experience undertaking process improvement tasks or projects.
    • Excellent project management and process improvement skills.
    • Financial and Analytical Skills:
    • Strong foundation in Financial Accounting, compliance, and experience in initiating and driving projects to completion.
    • Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (experience with SAP ERP or similar package is desirable).
    • Communication and Organizational Skills:
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Very organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement.
