- Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, fostering understanding, and driving growth through retention.
- Advocate for the consumer and partners, ensuring consistency in visuals and messaging across programs, audiences, and regions within the business.
- Lead creative optimization for the customer journey to improve the customer relationship and drive engagement, while focusing on key monetization opportunities.
- Develop and execute testing strategies to optimize retention and monetization through personalized offers, promotions, and messaging.
- Perform end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution and performance.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholders and drive initiatives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on key metrics relating to bookings, retention rates, customer journey, and campaign performance for the portion of the retention business within your scope.
- 5+ years of experience leading consumer-facing marketing and integrated campaigns, including influencer and event marketing campaigns.
- Background in high-growth or transformation-focused businesses.
- Extensive expertise in brand strategy, architecture, and messaging.
- Experience managing agency & outside partners (media, creative, and research).
- Comprehensive understanding of the a/b testing process and data-driven experimentation; knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other analytics & testing platforms.
- Background in using internally created tools to help facilitate marketing communications.
- Passion for and demonstrated track record of driving initiatives that improve customer experience and monetization; experience with consumer-facing SaaS business models.
- Strong execution skills including proven ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, along with persuasive verbal and written communication abilities.
- Team player that develops strong relationships, is able to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment to accomplish strategic objective.
- Familiarity with global businesses, tech industries, software-as-a-service business models, B2C & B2B2C distribution channels are desirable.

Role Overview:
As a critical member of the McAfee retention team, the digital marketing specialist will be responsible for driving key business metrics through data-driven experimentation, and optimization. This person will report to the Manager of Retention Marketing and be responsible for identifying, planning, executing, and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and other strategic initiatives intended to optimize and personalize the customer journey from initial purchase and activation through retention. This person will work closely with channel marketing, partner sales, other marketing specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders through the day-to-day execution of testing, analytics, creative, and campaign launches for key customer segments. This person will focus on the retention of customers acquired through our PC Partner channels and be responsible for optimizing their individual customer journeys from purchase & activation through retention.
This is a remote position in Ireland or Spain. We will only consider candidates currently in Ireland or Spain and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
