CONSULTANT PHYSICIAN IN GERIATRIC MEDICINE

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Registration as a Specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialties of geriatric medicine and general (internal) medicine.
The successful candidate will have a specialty interest and a significant experience in diagnosing and managing cognitive disorders.
PARTICULARS OF OFFICE
GENERAL
Presentation: If you are shortlisted for interview you may be asked to make a presentation to the Selection Committee. The title and length of the presentation will be advised in advance of the interview(s). The time length of the presentation must be strictly adhered to. Presentation instructions are provided.
Thesis Clarification: If a thesis has been submitted but not granted, the applicant should clarify thestatus of the thesis in their Curriculum Vitae.
Expenses: Tallaght University Hospital will not be liable for travelling or other expenses incurred by applicants who may be required to attend for interview(s).
Amendments to Curriculum Vitae: Amendments / addendums to Curriculum Vitae are not accepted once the Short-listing meeting has taken place. Addendums are not accepted at Interview. Short-listed candidates will be invited at Interview to update the Selection Committee on any changes to Curriculum Vitae since submission.
