    Description

    Als Assistent Controller coördineer je de financiële administratie. Je houdt je bezig met het verwerken van financiële documenten en de analyse en verwerking ervan. Dit doe je volgens richtlijnen en procedures zodat een betrouwbare verslaglegging kan worden gerealiseerd.

    De focus ligt op het beheren van een belangrijk deel van de administratie. In het team werk je nauw samen met een collega van de crediteurenadministratie en neem je taken uit handen van de financial controller zoals het ondersteunen in analyse van omzet en marge en diverse rapportages.

    Verdere taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

    • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse journaalposten, aansluitingen en het beheer en vormen van reserveringen/accruals;
    • Ondersteuning van het proces rondom maand- en jaarafsluitingen;
    • Diverse rapportages zowel voor interne als externe doeleinden zoals CBS, BTW etc.
    • Beoordelen en bewaken van balansposten en W&V rekeningen.

    Wat wij zoeken in een collega:

    • Afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding (financiële richting)
    • 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
    • Zelfstandig kunnen werken
    • Kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Kennis van ERP systemen (voorkeur SAP)
    • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
    • Enthousiast persoon die graag dingen aanpakt
    • Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
