Fastparts distributes through a network of over 400 dealers throughout Ireland, bothnorthand south.Your responsibilities will include:
Assemble a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch to the dealer network.
Conduct post-assembly checks on machinery to ensure delivery meetsthe highest standards. Learn to assemble, overhaul, diagnose, repair, install, and support client's range of machinery through on-the-job training.Work collaboratively as part of the service department team, aiming to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the industry in a professional and courteous manner.
Attend product training sessions, both internally and externally, to keep knowledge relevant and up-to-date. Maintain daily records of work using the company's IT system. Adhere strictly to company health and safety guidelines, promptly reporting any issues to the line manager.Skills Required:
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and mechanical aptitude. Possess knowledge of farming practices and experience in the agricultural machinery sector. Familiarity with tractors and farm machinery, including their operation, maintenance, and service. Technical aptitude with some machinery diagnosis experience. Willingness to learn and develop a career within the company. Proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Organized, methodical, and thorough in all work endeavors. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
