    Description

    Main Responsibilities:
    Assures the smooth running and maintenance of a comprehensive internal management system (IMS) in relation to the company's ISO (International Organization for Standardisation) for Environmental
    • ISO , Quality
    • ISO 9001:2015 and Health and Safety
    • ISO Analyse and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the current IMS system by means of internal audits, supplier audits and certification audits.
    Verifies that the management system complies with the relevant ISO standards, and reviews it to assure that the actions taken to meet the objectives of the organisation are suitable. Role out of the current IMS System to include all sites owned by the company.

    Refresher training of staff on sites which currently operate within the IMS System and integration of all relevant documents and procedures into the IMS System.

    Ensure that all documents, forms, and procedures necessary for the ISO standard are maintained and up to date. Provide a monthly summary of the compliance status of the IMS to senior management.

    Documents and submits full audit reports on each audit undertaken, lists all non-conformities, assigns corrective actions to the appropriate parties and tracks tasks to completion.

    Ensures a continuous process of improvement across the IMS System.


    Experience:
    ISO Management Experience 5 years plus. Internal training will be given by current MReps- for an initial 6 month period.


    Work Location:
    Dublin, Parkwest Business Park. Office based
    • Monday to Friday.

    Computer / IT skills in excel, word, presentations, analytical, report writing Be an assertive person, able to deal with managers Self-motivating Driver by accuracy and attention to detail Auditing qualification or experience Problem solving / inquisitive Driving licence Project management skills, Working with managers on projects of continuous improvement.
