    Our client, a well-established company in the industry, are dedicated to continuous growth and innovation. They are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team and contribute to the company's expansion and success in the Leinster region.

    As a Field Sales Representative , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales within the designated Leinster region. This position demands a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in field sales , exceptional communication skills, and the ability to autonomously manage their book of business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong sales acumen, and demonstrate a passion for surpassing targets while delivering unparalleled customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within the Leinster region.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships.
    • Conduct regular sales visits to both prospective and existing clients to showcase the company's products and services.
    • Provide precise and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments such as customer service, marketing, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on growth opportunities and foster innovation.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the packaging or related industry.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
    • Strong organizational prowess and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
    • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset toward achieving sales objectives and propelling business growth.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Leinster region as required.
