    Description

    Are you looking for a fast-paced, international environment to work in, and want to work in sales? Because we have big goals, and we want you to be part of them. We are seeking German speaking Business development professional to our team to help make a difference in the world.

    In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new locations and negotiating rental agreements with landlords for various projects on behalf of our clients.

    Your every day...

    • Searching for suitable locations and identifying potential landlords.
    • Contacting potential prospects by phone, e-mail, and video conferences to propose the acquisition and development
    • Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software
    • Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovative individuals.

    What you need...

    • Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (C1 or higher).
    • Ability to travel throughout Germany for business.
    • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
    • Sales or negotiation experience.
    • The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
    • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.

    What's in it for you?

    • Salary: €35K Base salary + €10K commission (€45K OTE) uncapped
    • Terms: Full-time, permanent contract
