    A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Senior Business Analyst would be:

    · Primarily engaged in analysing and adapting existing applications/processes for integration, data migration, and evolving business requirements, along with implementing new solutions.

    · Dedicated to the long-term goal of developing the Front Office Roadmap and strategy, enhancing internal tools and processes for quicker business value delivery.

    · Collaborating with senior stakeholders to establish the future target operating model and manage their expectations.

    · Cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the current system and application landscape to inform future integrated solutions.

    · Examining business processes and requirements to convey insights to the development and test teams.

    · Crafting precise and detailed requirements documentation and functional specifications.

    · Generating accurate and detailed high-level estimates for program planning.

    · Ensuring clear communication with the business, development, and test teams to comprehend functional requirements (e.g., screen, interface, report, GUI designs) and confirm the solution's alignment with these.

    · Liaising with business users who test and evaluate applications, addressing software issues in partnership with developers and testers as needed.

    · Overseeing change requests related to active project plans to adhere to agreed deadlines.

    · Probing into data inconsistencies and conducting ad-hoc database queries when necessary

    Requirements

    · Degree level in Information Technology or Sciences/ or equivalent

    · 7+ years' experience as a business analyst

    · Experience of estimating effort and input into project planning

    · Very good understanding of the various technologies

    · Experience throughout the entire software development life-cycle

    · Good understanding of cloud technologies and integration frameworks

    · Good understanding of relational databases and data models

    · SQL, SOQL, or other DB query language is a distinct advantage

    · Knowledge of IT-compliance (SOX) and operational excellence models

    · Good understanding of Aircraft Leasing or Leasing/Financial Services a distinct advantage
