    Description
    Part Time Receptionist required for West Wood Club, Aston Quay.

    If you would like to join our team in a leading health and fitness club then we would like to hear from you.

    We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the health and fitness industry, are friendly, reliable and have an outgoing personality, who will deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests.


    Person Specification:
    This is a part-time contract
    • The suitable candidate must be flexible and available to work shift work including early mornings, late evenings, weekdays and weekends.
    Must be available to work 12-20 hours per week. Flexible schedule. No less than one years relevant experience. Be able to assist in the smooth running of the front of house desk during your shift. Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.

    Greet all members and guests in a professional, friendly manner and handle all queries and bookings either face to face or by phone.

    Ensure all cash, change, floats and till procedures are carried out to in accordance to the Companys policy. The ability to work under pressure and multitask in a timely manner. Be smartly presented, honest and reliable.
