    Ryanair are currently recruiting for an ID Coordinator to join the Ground Ops Dept of Europe's Favourite Airline

    The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin Airport base.

    We are looking for people who are keen to learn and quick to adapt in a fast - changing environment. Owing to the precise and organized nature of Ryanair's Operations, it is important that candidates exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail

    Duties Include:

    • Assisting with the on - boarding process of new joiners ensuring paperwork is in order to apply for an Airport ID
    • Conduct background checks on applications for IDs
    • Assist with internal controls and procedures, including documentation
    • Ensure accurate input and retention of data for all new joiners and current staff
    • Responsible for compiling various daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Ground Operations Dept
    • Proven experience in a previous administrative position
    • Knowledge of the Dublin Airport ID process
    • Experience in background checks, visa checks, document verification
    • PC literacy (MS Office / Excel, in particular)
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Friendly and helpful attitude towards the entire team
    • Must be flexible to work around business needs.
