    Description

    New exciting opportunity! Our client, an innovative M&E Engineering Consultancy, is looking for a Lead Design Manager to join their Dublin office. They need someone to oversee the MEP design team's operations specifically focusing on MEP systems for data centers. If you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering and at least 7 years of MEP design experience, this could be the right fit for you.

    • Competitive salary of up to €100k per year
    • Full-time, Permanent position

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure MEP design deliverables for data centers meet technical specifications
    • Lead the integration of MEP systems in data center projects
    • Develop innovative MEP solutions for energy efficiency
    • Mentor and guide MEP design teams
    • Facilitate client meetings for clear communication
    • Track and manage project timelines and budgets

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
    • PE license preferred
    • Minimum of 7 years of MEP design experience
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and BIM tools
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
