- Analyse, refactor, and improve graphics/engine technology and tools in Unity
- Improve the speed and productivity of artists through improvements to the art pipelineEmpower the art team to achieve best-in-class results while also hitting performance targets
- Deliver scaling solutions that run from cutting-edge PCs to low-end mobile devices
- Deliver analysis and optimization for performance bottlenecks
- Work with stakeholders to figure out and implement the best technical solutions What We're Looking For
- Experience as part of a professional development team working on rendering technology in Unity
- Strong 3D vector and matrix math skills
- Experience with graphics profilers and debuggers
- Expert knowledge of real-time rendering techniques related to lighting and visual effects
- Excellent experience working with multiple stakeholders in the development process - be able to understand their goals and deliver/evaluate various tech solutions to meet these
- Experience with version control, build tools and deployment pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and trends Bonus Points
- Experience working with GitFamiliarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- Experience with automated testing and continuous integration
- Familiarity with other game engines such as Unreal
- Experience with graphics programming, including shaders
- Knowledge of game design principles and user experience
- Multi-platform development experience on iOS, Android and PC
- Desire to share knowledge and expertise with other engineers
- Passion for multiplayer strategy games
