    Requirements:
    Be fully registered with the NMBI Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Fully eligible to work in Ireland full time Have nursing home experience Responsibilities:
    Oversee and coordinate nursing care. Lead and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare assistants. Ensure high-quality care and adherence to policies and procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize resident outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and records.
