- Meet or exceed sales budgets through implementation of a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives.
- Achieve objectives for Direct Home Delivery Service
- Plan and document daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts, considering sales time allocation, sales potential, and geographical location.
- Utilize the CRM tool for the management of sales information.
- Develop knowledge of competitive activity both within the overall Territory and at major accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increasing use of products within target accounts.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Medical devices sales experience with at least 2 years experience
- Organised, and focused individual with the ability to identify account opportunities and build effective plans to capitalise on said opportunities
- Creative thinker, not afraid to bring new approaches and ideas forward
- Confident in engaging Healthcare professionals both in 1:1s and presentations
- Commercial acumen with the willingness to win fast and lose fast
- Team player who really believes in making a difference to patient lives
- Engaging, intuitive nature with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ambitious, looking for a company where they can develop themselves
- Comfortable working with CRM, excel, word, powerpoint and office 365
- Able to analyse sales data and use to direct, forecast and reflect
- Able to demonstrate a consultative selling technique, as opposed to a tell sell approach.
