Key responsibilities: Opening and closing the counter, dealing with customers, selling products, Cleaning the counters and arranging displays. Delaying with customers referrals, making follow up phone calls. Dealing with induvial KPI and team targets to meet. 

Balancing the tills and card receipts, validating Swarovski gift cards. Light cleaning and dusting and show case new collections in the displays. Product knowledge of all products new and old, arranging products in the VR. Complete refunds and exchanges, making phone calls and sending emails to customers. Overseeing contacting customers weekly on the waiting list for a particular product.
