- Liaising with other members of the HR team.
- Resource processing including updating contracts, checking employees’ positions rework visas and hosting agreements.

2. Freelance, Madrid & Marbella, Spain 2012 – 2021
Project Manager
Planned, organised, and executed refurbishment and rental apartment projects. Liaised with prospective suppliers, vendors, tradesmen, and tenants on project progress and status, communicating next steps and best practices. Facilitated communications and engagements with insurance companies and administrative offices. Organising stakeholder interviews and assessing suitability to organise deals through to closure.
- Gained extensive problem identification and resolution skills.
- Established contact with insurance providers over the complex case of water leakages and leveraged their funding to cover property damages.
- Collaborated in project management with a real estate company, MIR – Marbella, in advertising, rental, and dealing with issues.
