I am very passionate about HR and I would like to develop my knowledge.I ‘ ve got upper  2.1 during my degree and first class honours during the master’s.

I consider myself a good customer service at all levels from buddies to stakeholders where excellent communication skills.I like to organise and planning in advance aiming to meet the deadlines and to reach customer's satisfaction.Also following policies and procedures.

1. HR Executive Assistant - UCD – November 2022-End December.

• Drafting and issuing contracts, including editing letters of employment, and ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines. 
• Following up on the contracts and updating the tracker system.
• Liaising with other members of the HR team.
• Resource processing including updating contracts, checking employees’ positions rework visas and hosting agreements.
• Answering emails re employees’ queries.
• Utilising Oracle system.

2. Freelance, Madrid & Marbella, Spain             2012 – 2021

Project Manager  

Planned, organised, and executed refurbishment and rental apartment projects. Liaised with prospective suppliers, vendors, tradesmen, and tenants on project progress and status, communicating next steps and best practices. Facilitated communications and engagements with insurance companies and administrative offices. Organising stakeholder interviews and assessing suitability to organise deals through to closure. 

• Gained extensive problem identification and resolution skills.
• Established contact with insurance providers over the complex case of water leakages and leveraged their funding to cover property damages.
• Collaborated in project management with a real estate company, MIR – Marbella, in advertising, rental, and dealing with issues.
