Katie Gilligan

For nearly a decade, I worked as a creative in the world of print and digital publishing. Most recently, I was Art Director at VIP Publishing, where I led the visual direction across many of its brands, events, and podcasts, most notably Stellar Magazine. Over the past year , I’ve expanded my skill set into UI/UX design through focused upskilling. I’m now excited to apply my combined ex pertise in visual storytelling and user-focused design to a fresh, creative role.

I was the creative lead behind each monthly issue of Stellar magazine —from conceptualising and designing feature layouts to adapting content for digital platforms. I collaborated with top Irish and international bran ds on exciting campaigns and glossy advertorials and I was also responsible for creating the branding for key annual events, including the HAYU InstaStar Awards and the eir Power of Women Awards.
