I have helped every company I have ever worked with grow their bottom line. What really excites me is executing every time in a way that exceeds expectations. I love to innovate, design services & processes and drive strategic growth to be ahead of the curve. And I achieve this with empathy for both my teammates and the clients. As one co-worker remarked, “I do the nitty-gritty and see into the future.” I translate this to having a dual ability to see gaps in thinking, procedure, design, layouts & markets and to strategically solve how to fill those gaps to promote growth.

As a senior manager of customer centric large SMEs, you wear many hats: leader, accountant, project management, sales, customer service rep, HR, legal, facility management to name a few. What this demonstrates is my ability to problem solve in the heat of the moment while equally being able to chart the future direction to new paths and hold the team on course.
