- Provide Engineering services to the facility, in order to maximise the availability of equipment and Utilities.
- Manage capital engineering projects within the site following the full Project lifecycle approach.
- Identify, plan, schedule, manage and communicate on production related projects to all affected stakeholders.
- Support the Engineering team with an emphasis on continual operational improvements.
- Manage process engineering, process improvement, and technical troubleshooting within the site.
- Support the provision of Process Safety Projects initiatives to the site.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams – Design, Engineering, QA, EHS, Planning, Equipment Vendors, Operations, and Validations.
- Third level qualification in an Engineering or equivalent discipline/experience.
- Experience of working in the Biologics or Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role.
- Project Management experience with a proven record.
- Experience in Containment, Aseptic Processing & Tech Transfer is desirable.
