    Bookkeeper - Dublin, Ireland - The Panel Group

    Description

    Our client a highly regarded solicitors firm based in Dublin City providing a broad range of services is seeking an Office Accounts & Admin Bookkeeper to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will be highly organised and may have previous experience in a legal firm. This is preferably an office-based role but there may be some hybrid flexibility after the initial training period.


    Responsibilities:

    Bookkeeping, Payroll and Record Keeping Daily banking duties and account management Account billing and Invoice management Statutory Compliance of accounts Office administration and supply management Revenue Administration incl.

    VAT returns Assisting with office administration Other ad-hoc tasks/projects that might arise Requirements: Min 3 years experience in a similar environment preferred Natural IT aptitude, Proficient in MS Suite Knowledge of solicitors accounts regulations preferred Honest trustworthy person of impeccable character and integrity Highly organised and detail oriented Legal Accounting package preferable If this opportunity is of interest, please contact Andrew Adamson at the enclosed address.
