- Foster excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Provides regular status updates.
- Lead negotiations and management of client contracts (MSAs and SOWs), ensuring alignment with business requirements whilst maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to draft, review, and finalize agreements with clients in a timely manner.
- Understand how budgets are created and be able to negotiate price within fixed parameters.
- Track, manage and improve contract related metrics that demonstrate customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term collaborations.
- Address and resolve concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.
- Analyse information to solve problems and present proposed solutions to Management.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in engagements with internal teams and external clients.
- Effectively convey complex information and negotiate deals that align with the company's objectives.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems, analyse information and achieve quality standards.
- Strong analytical and financial management abilities.
- Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Minimum of a bachelor's level degree.
- Proven experience in a commercial affairs / contracting role. Some background in working with Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry is preferable.

The Role
The Commercial Affairs Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial operations, managing, and negotiating client contracts and building relationships both with our clients and across the business.
This is a hybrid working role reporting to our VP, Group Commercial Affairs. Occasional international travel may be required.
