    Job summaryProduction Engineer position Applies Lean manufacturing techniques Identifies and supports improvement efforts Job seniority: mid-to-senior level Responsibilities

    • Applies Lean manufacturing techniques to continuously improve cycle times and process flows
    • Identifies and supports the execution of improvement efforts to reduce waste in all manufacturing and business processes
    • Follows Quality policy requirements, procedures, and appropriate regulatory requirements
    • Communicates ideas, information, and recommendations clearly, effectively, and frequently orally and written Requirements
    • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
    • 3+ years related experience in an engineering role
    • Machining and CNC Programming experience a must
    • Welding and Automation experience in a high-volume assembly background is an advantage
    • Experience in analyzing process capabilities, developing, and implementing product development plans and process improvement plans
    • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus Key Skills Needed
