    Description

    Production Head Chef Location:

    Dublin South Salary:
    Negotiable Duties & Responsibilities: Controlling and directing the food preparation process. Managing and leading the production team. Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality. Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering. Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines. Being responsible for health and safety. Being responsible for food hygiene practices.


    Candidate:
    This is a Day time Role 7am-3 o4 4pm. Every Sunday Off. Level 1 and 2 HACCP Certificates. Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace certificate. Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Awareness of manual handling techniques. Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety. Experience of kitchen equipment. Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives. Excellent knowledge of all kitchen sections Ability to produce excellent high-quality food consistently. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. High level of attention to detail. Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
