    Description

    Job Description Our client, a leading boutique capital markets firm, has an opening for a Corporate Finance Manager to join its capital markets team.

    Working closely with a strong and experienced team, and dealing regularly with the C suite at client companies, this represents an excellent opportunity to become a key player in the large ticket advisory space in Ireland.


    Key responsibilities include:

    Manage transaction execution (from pre-planning to close) on a range of transactions, including M&A, IPO and other liquidity and/or capital deployment or capital raising events Developing a strong understanding of capital markets as it relates to individual companies and industry sectors Analysis, scenario(s) development and valuation work as it relates to all corporate events Preparation and presentation of materials including pitch books, board presentations and investor presentations Requirements for this Role The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years investment banking, corporate finance or in house corporate development/finance experience.
