- Assist users for seamless daily operation of the Helix Complaint Management System.
- Manage essential system master data to ensure accurate ticket processing.
- Address and action user requests for system support in collaboration with the IT Run Support team.
- Identify business requirements and propose feasible solutions ensuring regulatory adherence and aiding strategic decision-making.
- Aggregate and organize requests for future system improvements. Conduct routine evaluations with Business Unit Stakeholders to appropriately prioritize requests for upcoming releases.
- Collaborate with IT to deliver solutions within set timelines and budgets.
- Evaluate solution implementation outcomes for effectiveness and gather insights.
- Serve as a primary system Subject Matter Expert for designing and providing user training.
- Update procedures, work instructions, and job aids to align with system modifications and user requirements.
- Degree at Level 8 or higher in Science, Engineering, or IT discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in a regulated industry with GxP complaint systems, familiarity with Trackwise Digital is advantageous.
- Background in working with Quality Management Systems to oversee compliant business operations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs in a dynamic setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including a solid grasp of cloud-based SaaS solutions.
- Exceptional Project management proficiencies.
- Occasional interaction with sites in different time zones might necessitate out-of-hours work.
