- Quality Management System process owner focusing on documenting, training, executing, measuring, and enhancing process compliance for assigned quality management sub-systems.
- Oversee various quality management sub-systems including Global Quality Management System Architecture and Document Control.
- Assess, implement, and maintain Quality Management System tools to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise Document Control Specialists for efficient document management.
- Manage resources by interviewing, hiring, training, and providing performance feedback.
- Lead Global change control process and Learning Management System.
- Ensure compliance with Unique Device Identifier (UDI) requirements and Quality Planning.
- Additional duties as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a business or engineering field.
- Six years of experience in the Medical Device industry with three years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in software programs and knowledge of FDA regulations and Quality System Standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
