- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose injuries, postural issues, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans, including deep tissue massages, rehabilitation exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
- Provide expert advice on mobility, stretching, and recovery to improve overall physical well-being.
- Collaborate with the Wellness Team to enhance guests' overall experience.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with guests.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and training sessions.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment within the Wellness Centre, for both guests and team members.
- Degree in Physiotherapy and valid licensing to work in Spain.
- Proven experience working as a physiotherapist (minimum of 3 years' experience).
- Attained a Kinesio tape course.
- Attained a First aid qualification.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to contribute to the collective tasks within the Wellness centre.
- Additional languages would be advantageous.
