    Description

    About the Company:
    Our client, a market leader in the FMCG industry, is looking for a financial accountant to join their growing finance team in Waterford


    About the Role:
    The successful candidate will play a key role on the wider finance team in the company. They will work closely with the operations team also.

    Some of the key responsibilities include:
    Preparation of the monthly / quarterly accounts for the company. Key involvement in the year end consolidation process. KPI reporting and consolidating of weekly accounts. Assisting in audit preparation. Implementation of system and process improvements. Contributing to improved efficiency of the finance team. Other AD Hoc projects as required.


    The Successful Candidates Requirements:
    A qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) Accountant. Newly Qual / 1 Year PQE experience minimum. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced MS Office and IT Systems skills. Experience of an ERP System would be beneficial but not essential.
