    Career Vision Recruiters is currently seeking experienced Chef De Partie for a 4* hotel located in Dublin. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with talented chefs, offering great room for career growth. The selected Candidate will receive a competitive pay rate.

    • Follow meal preparation instructions from the Head Chef.
    • Take guidance from department managers and assist in maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
    • Ensure proper rotation of products to reduce wastage.
    • Keep work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
    • Adhere to kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.

    The ideal candidate should possess a passion for food, creativity, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a similar role.
    • Knowledge of food safety protocols.
    • Ability to pay attention to details.
    • Legally eligible to work full time in Ireland.
    • Openness to learning and self-improvement.
