    Description
    Join a leading global organisation based in Dublin 2 as a Financial Accountant.


    This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model: 2 days in the Dublin office and 3 days remotely each week.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant eager to transition from practice (Big 4 or Top 10d) and gain valuable experience in commercial finance and financial accounting.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate on annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts. Provide financial management support to the local team. Assist in bill production, ensuring compliance with local legal and tax regulations. Analyse credit notes and conduct root cause analysis. Ensure accurate posting of all accounting transactions. Aid in the production of local management accounts alongside the finance team. Contribute to the completion of the annual group consolidation pack. Monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts and inter-firm balances. Execute the Monthly Internal Controls Checklist and quarterly Tax Checklist. Assist in compliance with local statutory reporting requirements. Coordinate with local tax advisors and the central tax team on tax returns and payments.


    Qualifications and Experience:
    Qualified Accountant, ACA or ACCA, preferably practice-trained. Minimum of 3 years of experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and proactive.
