Perform Recruitment seeks motivated individuals to fill the role of General Operative in Drogheda, Co. Louth, Ireland. As a General Operative, you will play a vital role in the various production processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in various tasks within the food manufacturing process: You will be involved in producing high-quality food products, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
    • Operate machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency: You'll be responsible for operating machinery efficiently while maintaining product quality.
    • Packing and labelling products for distribution: Your attention to detail will be crucial to ensure that products are correctly packaged and labelled for distribution.
    • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment: A clean workspace is essential for efficiency and safety.
    • Adapt to flexible shifts (morning, day, and night): We offer various shift options to accommodate different schedules.

    Requirements:

    • Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, days, and nights: Flexibility is key to success in this role.
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail: We value individuals who take pride in their work and pay attention to the finer details.
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required: While experience is beneficial, we welcome motivated individuals looking to start their career in food manufacturing.
