    Bright Motor Group was founded in 1982 and is now one of Ireland's leading Motor Retailers. The Group comprises Ireland's largest Ford dealership and represents SEAT, Volkswagen Commercial, Citroen, and Suzuki in the Dublin area.

    As a result of our ongoing expansion and business growth at Airside, we are seeking to appoint positive and motivated individuals to join our team.

    We wish to appoint a General Operative at our Airside facility.

    About the role:

    As a Bright General Operative, you will be joining a team recognised by the industry and our customers for providing outstanding customer service.

    Providing our customers with the highest possible levels of service is our focus.

    Providing you with the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service is our goal.

    Role responsibilities:

    Role: To support the Service Department in vehicle cleaning ensuring that customer satisfaction is exceeded, collect and deliver customer vehicles.

    We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with a willingness to contribute to a winning team.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Be responsible for the condition of all service vehicles including cleanliness.


    • Hold a full, valid and current driver's licence.


    • Ensure any damage is notified to the relevant manager in order that appropriate action can be taken.


    • Wash and valet cars in line with Dealer standards.


    • Moving vehicles in and around Dealership.


    • Collect and deliver customer vehicles.


    • Assist in maintaining the Dealership, keeping it clean and tidy.


    • Maintain safe working practices and standards of the Dealer.
