    Description
    Are you ready to take your IT security career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a talented IT Security Engineer to join a dynamic team for a large telecoms provider based in Dublin


    Responsibilities:

    Technical Mastery:
    Excel in your technical expertise, becoming a trusted partner for our key customers


    Solution Delivery:
    Construct and deliver cutting-edge technical solutions to enhance network security


    Maintain Network Integrity:
    Ensure the highest level of security by coordinating hardware installation and maintenance


    Customer Collaboration:
    Liaise with customers to implement changes and provide top-notch solutions


    Team Player:
    Foster teamwork, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a positive team culture


    Requirements:
    Degree or equivalent in Information Systems or IT discipline with a minimum of 3 years experience

    Firewall Expertise:
    Proficiency in L3/4 firewalls (Cisco and Checkpoint) with NGFW skills


    Perimeter Hygiene:
    Knowledge of proxy, mail relay, and perimeter security solutions


    Load Balancing Skills:
    Experience with F5 and Citrix load balancing and SSL offload


    DDoS Protection:
    Familiarity with DDoS protection solutions


    VPN Wizardry:
    Mastery of IPSec site-to-site and SSL Remote Access solutions.
