Property Solicitor - Ireland - Morgan McKinley

This is an excellent opportunity for an experieneced property lawyer who is seeking a fresh challenge at a well respected international law firm. The successful candidate will be joining a high performing real estate team of approximately 20 lawyers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the implementation of lease agreements for clients, utilizing the latest legal technology and collaborating closely with the Paralegal department and junior team members in extensive M&A transactions and loan sales.
• Support the firms international investment division in matters pertaining to property investments, including offices, logistics parks, and shopping centers.
• Provide support to the Finance team in their lending transactions.
• Collaborate effectively in a team to handle high-value client matters.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor capable of delivering timely and high-quality guidance while managing their expectations.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property and real estate matters.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, and a drive to find solutions for clients' legal challenges and needs.
• Be a confident manager of stakeholders, with proven experience in engaging with individuals both internally and externally across various organizational levels.
