Working at our prestigious pharmaceutical client site at the largest greenfield pharma site development, you will be responsible for managing our large Cleaning Services and Security teams. In this role you will be the first point of contact for and manage Sodexo Soft Services on site to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance. Overseeing the soft service teams and sub-contractors within the site, you will allocate work to, and manage personnel ensuring the required work complies with Sodexo's & the Client standards.
