Description

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Project / Program Manager to join and oversee and manage the implmentation of business system projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the setup and execution of business systems projects.

Ensure projects are delivered successfully according to plan and budget, aligning with the business case.

Lead and supervise project teams from initiation to implementation.

Develop and manage project plans, ensuring input and agreement from all functional departments.

Proactively identify and address project issues, implementing mitigation strategies for project success.

Deliver regular status updates and report potential issues and mitigation plans to the steering group.

Skill and Experience Required:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.

7+ years' experience of managing full-lifecycle SAP projects.

Previous experience in an FMCG/Manufacturing environment is a must.

Proficiency in both business change management and project management roles.

Thorough understanding and practical application of best-practice project management methodologies, with PMP certification being advantageous.
