- Diary and inbox management, travel coordination.
- Processing expenses, client billing and accounts reports.
- Managing WIP and client database.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary; ideally in a mid-sized commercial law firm.
- Experience with commercial billing software
- Strong knowledge of MS Office packages

A Top 5 Law firm have a rare opportunity for a Legal PA to join them on a contract basis. This contract is a 12 month fixed term assignment working with a pool of Legal PAs supporting fee-earners across the firm.
This is an ideal contract for an experienced legal support professional in a mid-sized firm who feels ready for a step up and a chance to experience life in one of Ireland's leading law firms.
