    Description

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to build our their experience at a highly reputable Dublin law firm based on the south side of the city.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Overseeing a caseload of litigation matters, involving tasks such as drafting pleadings, coordinating with legal counsel when necessary, and efficiently managing case files from inception through to resolution.
    • Collaborating independently and in conjunction with senior members of the department on a diverse range of litigation cases.
    • Interpretation, analysis, and client advice on pertinent case law and legislation.
    • Maintenance of client relationships.
    • Advising clients on effective dispute resolution strategies.

    Essential qualifications and competencies:

    • A minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial litigation from a mid or top tier law firm.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record in effectively managing a busy caseload.
    • Proficiency in managing client relationships.
