WANTED:
my client is looking to hire an IT Support Officer on a part time basis. 20 hours over 4 days and the role is 50% remote. Their offices are based in Dublin City Centre.

This is a level 1 / 2 IT Support role where the person will ideally have a broad technical support background covering the likes of MS operating systems, 365, SQL, and some CRM.

This is a permanent role but it is a PART TIME position. The role is not open to full time candidates.

The successful candidate will require a broad (but not necessarily deep) knowledge of IT Systems across client, server, MS365, SQL Server, CMS, CRM.

They must possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) and have a proven track record as a team player and relationship builder.

The successful candidate should be motivated and strive for excellence in everything they do, have an enquiring mind and prioritise attention to detail.

THIS IS A PART TIME PERMANENT ROLE THIS IS A 20 HOUR PER WEEK ROLE SPREAD OVER 4 DAYS IDEALLY SAMPLE HOURS WOULD BE 9-1PM MON - THURS THE ROLE IS 2 DAYS ONSITE / 2 DAYS AT HOME

For This Role:
Ideally have 3+ years' experience in an IT Support role General IT support experience across applications, hardware, and some networks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
