- Lead the team to provide exceptional service, manage administration tasks, and ensure compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Central Bank regulations for renewals.
- Motivate and oversee a team of 10 brokers.
- Support the Group Lead in team training and development.
- Evaluate team workload and capacity.
- Hold weekly renewal meetings.
- Provide team updates on performance metrics, including retention and new business.
- Analyze causes of lapses and implement preventive measures.
- Proactively manage aged debt and account queries.
- Handle holiday and cover management.
- Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in brokerage.
- Compliance with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
- Knowledge of insurance industry and markets.
- Familiarity with Relay software package.
- Understanding of all personal lines' products and processes.
