    What will your daily tasks involve? What skills and qualifications are essential?

    You must have the skill to develop and support a team effectively.

    Ensuring the timely achievement of production goals and schedules within your area. Monitoring, implementing, and sustaining processes to enhance efficiency.

    You should excel in communication and possess leadership qualities to motivate and guide your team.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Regular interaction with production staff to assess team performance
    • Keeping track of time and production records
    • Engaging with production staff daily to discuss team performance, initiatives, policy updates, safety, quality, etc
    • Collaborating with fellow Operation Team Leads
    • Promoting a culture of quality in the Process Area
    • Providing coaching and feedback to aid in development
    • Maintaining open and cooperative communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
    • Fostering an environment focused on continuous enhancement

    Desired qualifications/experience:

    • Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification
    • Over 3 years of team development experience
    • Previous involvement in a manufacturing setting
    • Proficient in multitasking
    • Strong communication skills
