- Compile and check operational statistical data and reports for local and national use by Ops Teams.
- Manage administrative tasks related to HR, fund raising, and data collection.
- Update and maintain Sales force database.
- Conduct audits to ensure continuous improvement of admin activities.
- Lead the admin support team and maintain all operations records.
- Troubleshoot and escalate operational issues as needed.
- Assist in operations planning and maintain a risk register.
- Review and ensure accuracy of payroll, expenses, invoices, and HR documents.
- Secretarial/office administration qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience handling financial data and ECDL certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
