    Description

    Our client based in Roscrea are looking to recruit for a Payroll & Accounts administrator to join their company. This role is in the Finance team and reports directly to the Financial Accountant. You will be part of a busy team and have the following responsibilities:

    Main duties:

    • Processing weekly payroll
    • Addressing payroll queries in a timely manner
    • AP & AR duties
    • Responsible for the timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
    • Payroll administration, setting up new hires etc.
    • Contribute to the development of the Finance function.
    • Adhoc duties as required.

    Skills Required:

    • Payroll Experience
    • Ipass qualification an advantage
    • Proficient in using MS Suite including Excel
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail
    • Able to take and follow instruction.
    • Able to work independently and in a team
    • Able to achieve goals/deadlines within agreed timeframes.
