Property Inspector - Dublin, Ireland - Lex Consultancy Ltd
Description
Our client, a well-established property company based in Dublin 2, close to Merrion Square are recruiting a Property Inspector. This is a people facing role in which you will interact with and support tenants through the inspection process. You will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills. As part of the tenancy process, you will organise and carry out inspections on rental properties. You will inspect for wear and tear, fire and safety hazards and the general condition of the property. This role will require a full, clean driving licence. Full training will be provided.For consideration for this role you will need to have:
Minimum of one year as a Property Inspector, Maintenance Co-ordinator, or Property Administrator. A clean, valid drivers licence. Excellent communication and people skills. Strong MS Office skills and ability to communicate by phone and email.
Duties of this role will include:
Liaising with Property Managers and tenants to organise Inspections. Performing inspections of properties including identifying fire and safety hazards, noting wear and tear, taking photographs and logging details. Maintaining reports on inspections and forwarding matters of concern to Property Managers. Please note only candidates that match the minimum job requirements above will be contacted for this role.
