    Description

    The HR Generalist will play an integral role is supporting the growth and development of the HR function.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Support the HR Team on all HR Led initiatives
    • Manage recruitment process end-to-end, including interviews, onboarding, contracts etc.
    • Lead the Graduate/Internship programmes, building relationships with local Universities and Colleges.
    • Maintain all policies and procedures in line with legislation.
    • Lead monthly HR reports and metrics.
    • Support Learning and Development programmes for the organisation.
    • Contribute to all HR Projects, including wellbeing initiatives, D&I programmes etc.

    Experience required:

    • Third level degree HR qualified with 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent systems knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills.
